We are extremely pleased to announce that Head of Zeus has become part of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, Britain’s leading independent publisher. 

At the heart of our deal is the belief that Bloomsbury and Head of Zeus are two complementary businesses that in combination are greater than the sum of their parts. Bloomsbury shares the same literary values that led us to found HoZ nine years ago and we join forces knowing that our deal makes a material difference to both companies and will open the door to future growth and opportunity for all.

We will remain in our Clerkenwell offices. We will retain our editorial independence and the identity of our imprints within Bloomsbury. In our first decade, we established ourselves as market leaders in eBook publishing, in category-defining anthologies, in histories be they medieval, natural or modern Irish, in international SF. Now, on the cusp of our second decade, we look forward to consolidating our excellence in these niches though our sub-imprints Ad Astra, Apollo, Aria, Aries and Zephyr -- with the support and benefit of Bloomsbury’s 35 years of trade expertise, its entrepreneurial drive and its global presence.
